I provide individual therapy for youth and adult clients who arrive with unresolved trauma, mood & anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, grief, stress & burnout.

What's in my toolkit

Based on your needs and goals, in each session I'll pull from my experience and training in somatic/body-centred therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

Fees

My fee is $150 per session. Most insurance plans cover therapy provided by registered social workers, but please confirm your coverage with your provider.

About me.

If you’re reading this, you may be thinking about changes you’d like to make in your life. Maybe you know what you are trying to work towards, but are uncertain about how to get there, leaving you feeling stuck and exhausted. You are not alone. I genuinely believe that all of us are doing the best we can with the tools we have. Sometimes we feel scared or unsure about reaching out for help—I will meet you where you’re at.

As a registered social worker (MSW) with over 15 years of experience, I have had the privilege to work with adults and youth (13+) who are facing complex personal challenges, difficult relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, and more. I provide a safe and comfortable space where we can explore and understand the issues which brought us together, combining a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your unique needs. We will clarify your goals, celebrate your strengths, uncover the obstacles in your way, and develop new tools to take with you on your path forward.
